Where can I get device repairs?

You can get your devices repairs at our EU Service Center in Italy or Poland. In special case, we might send back to factory for maintenance which located in China.

How long is the warranty take?

Honorbuy.com provide 12-month warranty for all the electronic products, such as smartphone, smart home devices,Fitness Gadgets against manufacturing defects from the date you bought your product. Accessories such as power banks and earphones have a 6-month warranty;

Accessories such as covers and tempered glasses are replaced only if they are malfunctioning or damaged / broken at the time of delivery (DOA).

What if the Items Dead On Arrival?

If the item you receive is defective or damaged, you can request a replacement or a refund.

Please sending an email to support@honorbuy.com within 7 days of delivery to proceed 7 DAYS DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) GUARANTEE. Simply fill in A model form provided by us and return the product with the model form paper, receipt, original packaging and its included accessories to us. Once we receive the product, we’ll sending you a new order free of charge or provide you with a full refund based on the original payment method within 14 days.

What is the warranty policy?

  1. Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications. Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.
  2. If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product's warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.

The Limited Warranty does not apply to any:

  • Improper or inadequate maintenance
  • Misusage and mishandling
  • Fire, flood and another will-of-god (for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes, etc.)
  • Damaged by a wrong voltage use
  • Physical damage (for example, dropping the device on the floor , into water or other liquids, broken screen, broken case, etc.)
  • Unauthorized modification or alteration

 

  1. All returns will be inspected by our technical team upon arrival. If the returned item cannot be repaired, Honorbuy will offer an alternative solution.

How long will my device repair take?

Most repairs will be completed in 7-14 business days, but depending on the model, the extent of damage, and special case like covid-19 outbreak period some repairs might take more than 1 month.   

 

How much do device repairs cost?

After examining your product basic on the model form you stated, your technician will confirm the total costs for repair or replacement.

  • If your product issue is covered by the warranty, there's no charge. This does not include accidental damage, which requires a fee.
  • If your product was damaged caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications, such as Screen Crack,liquid damage or back glass damage, your repair fee will vary, depending on the repair, you'll pay the out-of-warranty fee for that type of repair

Get ready for your repair

  • First, you may request a RMA service number by contact our Customer Service Team(support@honorbuy.com)
  • Next, you need backup data, erase all personal data with the product.
  • Then Please pack the defective device with the Model Form and drop off in the nearest post office to deliver it to our EU service center. Email us the tracking number.
  • Our EU service center will proceed the repair basic on the problem you explained in the Model Form after received the product.
