Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 offers a large 5.99 inch Full HD+ screen (2160 × 1080 pixels) with 18:9 aspect ratio and least screen
bezels and runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) based operating system with MIUI 9 on top. With the latest Snapdragon 636
chip inside, the Redmi Note 5 is faster than current phones having the Snapdragon 625 SoC. It carries eight Kryo 260 cores
clocked at maximum 1.8 GHz and an Adreno 509 GPU for gaming. There are three variants with variation of RAM and storage
i.e. 3GB + 32GB, 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 64GB. It hooks up dual (12 MP + 5 MP) cameras with Portrait mode support for bokeh
effect photographs, while on the front it features a 13MP shooter for selfies & video calls. It is also the first Redmi Note phone that
comes with dual cameras. Face Unlock is also added to the Redmi Note 5 which unlocks the phone via facial recognition.

on 2018-11-08 Hi, I was wondering if the Chinese version can be used in Europe. I checked the European frequencies and that should be no problem. I see this Chinese version also includes English so no problem there. Other things I forgot to check or can I use the Chinese version of this phone in Europe? Thanks! Answer:
